They did excellent work and when my chimney was in worse shape than I thought and needed more work, I got detailed photos of the issues. Jason and Karianne were so awesome with their sincere customer service. Jason was like a detective in tracking down a CO leak in my hot water venting system, that other inspectors couldn't find. He inspected my chimney stack and showed me a real-time video made with a camera that he dropped down the vent from the roof. A broken/defective pipe was replaced and Jason even taped all seams with some aluminum duct tape. A real perfectionist and caring professional installations. He was literally a life-saver since the carbon monoxide detector told us to evacuate!
